You're sitting and eating your favorite fatty meal and an SUV comes crashing through and nearly runs you over.  Now you have a story to tell at the water cooler the next day.

The Dumbest Lawsuit Ever Happy Meals Are Dangerous

In the video below, you will see an actual news report on NBC Nightly News about a class action lawsuit against McDonalds. The suit claims that McDonalds puts toys into their Happy Meals to entice children to buy them. Yes. I guess children are buying Happy Meals and not the parents or guardian.
